170,000 hectares of rapeseed bloom in Hulun Buir

A vast of 170,000 hectares of rapeseed flowers blankets the verdant grasslands of Hulun Buir in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in July.

The month marks the peak blooming season of rapeseed flowers in Hulun Buir. The boundless rapeseed sea on a farm in Hulun Buir awes visitors from afar, like Yuan from Beijing.

"I was told about the stunning rapeseed fields here long ago. As it is fine today, I come with some friends to this sea of flowers and take photos and enjoy ourselves heart and soul," said Yuan.

As an important agricultural industry in Hulun Buir, rapeseed cultivation not only diversifies the local agricultural structure, but also has become a summer tourism highlight for the local economy.
