Expo organizers have also accelerated the recruitment of business exhibitors. Currently, the registered exhibition area for businesses has reached 325,000 square meters, which is over 90 percent of the total area.
Currently, efforts to attract investments are in full swing, and registration for both domestic and international visitors has begun. Preparation for the Hongqiao Forum and related cultural exchange events will also start soon.
"We have organized CIIE promotion events in more than 30 countries and regions so far this year. Meanwhile, we have held a series of promotional activities across different regions of China, encouraging CIIE exhibitors to invest in our country," He said at the press conference on Thursday.
In addition, He added that the 7th CIIE will offer more convenient measures in exhibit customs clearance, entry of personnel and vehicles, catering, and other on-site services to provide a better experience for overseas exhibitors.
