Palestinian death toll in Gaza exceeds 37,200: health authorities

The Palestinian death toll as a result of the ongoing Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip has risen to 37,202, Gazan health authorities said in a press statement on Wednesday.

Another 84,932 Palestinians had been wounded since the conflict broke out last October.

During the past 24 hours, three Israeli military operations killed 38 Palestinians and wounded 100 others in the strip, according to the health authorities in Gaza.

The statement noted that some victims remained under rubble amid heavy bombardment and a lack of rescue crews.
